The Team
John Grandile - Director
John has sixteen years of experience in the mining industry, including working as a jumbo operator and all-rounder, and has consistently applied themselves to all tasks. John also has a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement ands technical skills in maintaining accurate drive and heading dimensions, advancing cutting distance efficiently, effectively training others, and machinery maintenance.
As a motivated and dedicated mining professional, John is committed to delivering quality mining practices to achieve desired targets. Safety and efficiency are always at the forefront of my work. Johns problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, as well as his efficient time management, organizational and prioritization skills has helped him succeed in his role as a jumbo operator and all-rounder. With a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement, John is always looking for ways to develop and initiate effective practices
Charlotte Moss - Director
Charlotte is a highly experienced professional with more than 12 years of expertise in the rail and mining industries. Charlotte manages a technically complex portfolio worth upwards of $200 million. Notably, she is also a skilled engineer and holds a master's degree in business law to complement her technical background.
Charlotte has also been recognized for her remarkable contributions to the industry. In 2022, she received the Women in Technology award (WiTWA), and in 2020, she was awarded the Gender Equality Award from the United Nations Associations of Australia.
Charlotte's passion for making a difference doesn't stop there. As the Young Professional Convenor on the United Nations executive committee, she is dedicated to delivering events and initiatives that support community development in line with the organization's sustainable development goals.
